Main sewage line with connections to houses
ASLA is glad to report that they are still on track with timing relating to the Happy Valley Formal Housing Development, even having suffered some minor complications. ASLA found vast amounts of clay at a specific site were houses need to be built. They moved the clay to the area planned for the sport ground and took sand from that area to replace the clay. They are currently still busy with bulk earth works and the relocating of the last houses before construction can begin.
