ASLA has had a very busy month as there was a riot on their doorstep on the 14th of May. Some of the Happy Valley residents want more PHP houses and fewer houses to be built by ASLA. Luckily this unease has been resolved and ASLA can now continue their work. ASLA is currently 8 days behind schedule. The show house is completed and photos are displayed below, each house will have 2 Bedrooms, a Kitchen, Living Area, and a Bathroom containing a bath, toilet and a basin.
The other good news is that the civil engineers are far enough with the bulk earth works for the ASLA housing department to start building the houses in “Phase one”. They are currently busy setting -up their office site and will start with foundations by the 6th of June 2012.
