Other developments are also taking shape in Blackheath, like the Home Choice development in School Road that truly is becoming a landmark as it towers into the Blackheath sky over thousands of square meters under roof as part of the new distribution centre.
The old Helderberg Timbers site in Range Road has been sold and is getting a facelift and a proposed 2000m2 under roof. This new owner is an outdoor furniture and other items manufacturing concern that has relocated to Blackheath. I shall keep you updated as this unfolds. In the meantime though let’s welcome our new neighbour to the area.
