Happy Valley Housing Project: Making People Happy
The Happy Valley Hosing Project is in the final stretch. With a few more months to go we have already seen amazing progress being made. ASLA Construction hopes to be finished with the housing project by end of July this year.
To date they have handed over 396 houses to people from the Happy Valley Informal Settlement and continue to hand over houses at a rate of 50 per week. A wonderful achievement!
But there are always delays and unfortunately power outages in Wimbledon Road have set them back a few weeks. They will be returning after July to resolve this issue and finish off their projects in the area. We will continue to support them and thank them for all the good work they have put into the project thus far.
