Illegal Dumping and Littering We appeal to everyone in Blackheath to prevent littering. The BCID team collected 250 refuse bags of litter from the road verges this month of which 90 bags were used for clearing the road verges from weeds and grass and 160 bags for picking up litter along the road side.
