as throughout the Industrial area this month and followed up with litter picking and weeding throughout the area. We attended to every street within the Blackheath CID footprint again this month and removed over 350 refuse bags of grass and dirt from the area. There were several issues relating to illegal dumping again and we still need to catch the persons dumping tyres and vehicle bumpers and dashboards in the local area.
Please keep a lookout and call me immediately if you have any leads. This action is becoming very annoying for property owners and these large items are difficult and costly for us to remove. Please further remind your tenants that business should be carried out on their premises and not in the roadway or on verges. A clean industrial area welcomes visitors and investment to the local area.
