The development along Wimbledon Road that is aligned to the Housing project in Happy Valley is also making good progress. It is clear that the City of Cape Town has listened to the calls from the Blackheath Industrial community through the various applications made by the Blackheath City Improvement District to address pedestrian safety within the Blackheath Industrial Area.
Long lines of Pedestrian walkways are beginning to become evident along this route as they snake along the newly shaped road that has made provision for bus stops and safer exits to the side streets that service the Blackheath Industrial Area.
